These terms apply when you use this Website, being www.familyorganics.com.au and any other websites we operate with the same domain name and a different extension.
These terms also apply when you purchase products through this Website.

General

  • The order must contain essential information, including your correct full name, shipping address, and contact number. You must be the authorised credit or debit card/Payment account holder to process payment.
  • Your order is only confirmed if you receive a confirmation of the completed order.
  • Family Organics will maintain ownership of the products you order until a full and legitimate payment is received.

 

Shipping

  • All orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 business hours of receipt of payment. Online orders are dispatched for three days a week only.
  • Orders will be dispatched only to the shipping address indicated on your order instead of the billing address.
  • We offer free shipping for orders above AU$49.
  • Orders below AU$49 will attract a flat shipping fee of AU$11.99.
  • You may experience order/ delivery delays from time to time due to increasing demand for delivery partners.

 

Returns

  • Family Organics adheres to the Australian Consumer Law for consumer guarantees and returns. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item or an item was damaged in transit, please get in touch with our customer service team directly at hello@familyorganics.com.au
  • We only cover return postage if the item is faulty. If you believe an item is faulty, please get in touch with our customer service team directly at hello@familyorganics.com.au
  • We do not accept returns or cancellations of orders for change of mind if the order has already been placed and approved. If you are unsure about an item, please contact us before you purchase it.
  • Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase should you require a refund, exchange, or credit within 28 days of the date of delivery. We do not offer exchanges for online orders.
